Preparing for the Viewing

1. What to expect at the viewing

Once your photos have been beautifully edited you will return back to the studio to view your pictures on our big screen in the viewing lounge. We go through your pictures and our products and help you decide how you might like your portraits presented. A typical viewing takes about half an hour but we do allow more time so you do not feel rushed.
Our studio uses the latest technology to display images for you to review and make your final selections. At this ordering session, you’ll be able to critically evaluate each pose, compare images and most importantly, view how images will look displayed on the walls of your home.
Once you have decided on your order we take payment on the day and your products will be ready within their relevant delivery times. You can settle the balance in full with cash, credit or debit card.

2. Who should be with you

We have plenty of room in our viewing lounge for family members to come along. To allow you to fully enjoy and appreciate the experience we suggest that toddlers and small children are not brought to the viewing appointment. Do make sure everyone who is required to help make a decision is present. Due to the large file size images are only kept for two weeks after the viewing. A £25 charge is applied should you need to book an additional viewing appointment.

3. Wall art - how to prepare
