We’re very excited to have the studio reopening again on 12th April but we wanted to take a moment to share how we’ll be keeping our staff and customers safe during this time.
Currently NOT permitted in the studio:
Anyone with symptoms or from a household with symptoms
Anyone who has been told to self-isolate
We have taken the following steps to safeguard our customers and staff:
Temperature checks to be taken on arrival
All props and outfits washed or sanitised after every use.
A minimum half hour cleaning window exists between each appointment.
Staggered appointment times so that appointments do not overlap, customers do not have to wait and / or meet other family groups.
Memory Gate Photography team to wear personal protective equipment.
Photographers to rotate between shoots in minimise exposure to different family groups.
Hands are washed before and after each session.
Air conditioning used to ensure studio is well ventilated.
Limited opening days and times.
Close contact team members are currently using the NHS track and trace app.
Testing for staff
All our staff are tested at least once a week.
If you have a newborn or any other close contact shoot then your photographer will test the day before your photoshoot.
